Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to join the team. In this role, you will contribute to content assessments across Licensed Content, Sports, and Live Events, supporting our team in combining data-driven decision-making with creative insight to shape the org's content slate. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic thinker who can balance data-driven insights with creative judgment and has a passion for entertainment.
Responsibilities
Support strategic assessment of Original Movies, Series, and Live Events.Assist in greenlight evaluations for US Programming.Ensure upcoming content aligns with the overall programming strategy.Navigate complex decision-making by combining creative elements with data insights.Support title-level forecasting at annual planning cycles.Provide forecast adjustment recommendations based on performance signals.Analyze data sources to refine prediction models.Contribute to service-level metric improvements.Work with Marketing teams on title intake and prioritization.Maintain effective working relationships across teams, including marketing, finance, and content.Support existing content categorization and tiering frameworks.Contribute to content segmentation strategies.Follow established best practices for resource allocation.Support efficiency improvements across budgets and operating inventory.Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Proven track record of data-driven decision-making in entertainment.Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Experience in data analysis and consumer insights.6+ years of experience in a related role.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in streaming/OTT platforms.Programming strategy background in television or digital content.Familiarity with Consumer Insights and Data Analysis.Strong understanding of audience behavior and content performance metrics.MBA or programming background is a plus.Work Environment
The role involves working on design strategy, release dates, and audience types. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with a preference for local candidates in Culver City, CA, although there is a chance to work remotely. Team interaction includes 1-2 weekly meetings and one-on-one sessions with the hiring manager.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $69.00/hr.
