Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project/Program Manager II to manage and oversee projects within our fast-paced automated industrial logistics production and manufacturing environments. This role requires a blend of onsite and remote work, with mandatory onsite presence during critical project phases, such as project initiation and conclusion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage the complete project lifecycle from pre-deployment through closure.Coordinate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and 3PL execution teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.Maintain and track project progress using Asana, overseeing daily installation of all project actions.Lead weekly meetings with the Global Ergonomics team and host kick-off calls and check-ins with site and project stakeholders.Manage communication across multiple channels, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, Chime, and email.Ensure compliance with all site and OSHA standards, including PPE and safety procedures.Oversee Avetta documentation and compliance.Supervise the Golden Station and/or prototype installation and approval process.Ensure proper decommissioning of old equipment and manage equipment inventory and installation quality.Coordinate IT and peripheral equipment management.Essential Skills
5 years of experience in a fast-paced automated industrial logistics production or manufacturing environment.3 years of project management experience, preferably in logistics or warehouse environments.3 years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.3 years of experience driving process improvements in a supervisory role managing people.OSHA 10 certification.Strong stakeholder management skills.Expert proficiency in Asana and Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to travel to various warehouse environments.Flexibility to work a schedule/shift that may include weekends, nights, and/or holidays.Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 10 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.Ability to wear required PPE, including composite/steel toe footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, and a hard hat.Work Environment
This role involves a combination of onsite and remote work. During critical project phases, onsite presence is required. The position also includes travel to multiple sites. The work environment is fast-paced and requires adherence to all safety and quality standards. The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, is necessary. Proper PPE, including composite/steel toe footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, and a hard hat, is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
