Job Description
Join us in redefining grocery shopping as a Project/Program Manager within the Grocery Partnerships team. You will play a pivotal role in launching new grocers on our platform and onboarding merchants. This exciting 12-month contract position will put you at the forefront of our expansion plans, working within the Worldwide Launch Expansion team.
ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drive correctives.Deep dive challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the-box thinking.Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project management mechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time.Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams.Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects in-flight.Essential SkillsExpertise in project management with 2-4 years of experience.Proficiency in using Asana and Excel.Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Additional Skills & QualificationsCross-functional project management experience of 1-2 years.PM Certification.Bachelor's Degree.Work Environment
The position requires working on-site in DC. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where automation and streamlining are prioritized.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, Virginia.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
