Project/Program Manager I
Job Description Join our dynamic Field Support team as a Project/Program Manager, where you'll lead and support Operations Readiness Testing and Sorter Testingat newly launching sites across rapidly expanding business lines. This role places you at the forefront of operational excellence and innovation, contributing to the success of high-growth initiatives. Responsibilities + Lead and coordinate testing processes at new site launches. + Manage a team of 6–10 Operations Managers to execute testing of modules and workflows. + Travel regularly to support site launches and testing activities. + Follow structured checklists and protocols during testing phases. + Report to a team lead and escalate issues as needed. + Use Smartsheets and Microsoft Office tools for project tracking and documentation. Essential Skills + Proven experience in program and project management. + Background in site testing and operational coordination. + Proficiency in Smartsheets and Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong skills in escalation handling, risk mitigation, and troubleshooting. + Clear communication and administrative writing capabilities. + Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Entry-level experience in administrative writing and reporting. + Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Work Environment - this is a travel-intensive role, typically site visits multiple times per month. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $56.25/hr.
