Project/Program Manager
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager who will be responsible for the coordination and completion of various projects and programs. This role involves overseeing all aspects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. You will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/programs. A bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area are required. Familiarity with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is essential, along with extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. You will perform a variety of tasks and lead and direct the work of others, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and complete projects/programs.Oversee all aspects of projects/programs, setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.Monitor and summarize progress of projects/programs.Prepare reports for upper management regarding project/program status.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring stakeholders remain on track to deliver goals.Develop training programs and deliverables.Lead and direct the work of others.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.At least 7 years of experience in project management or a related area.Familiarity with a variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Strong writing and verbal communication skills.Ability to build forecasts and project timelines.Experience supporting multiple stakeholders.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in managing multiple projects.Organized and ability to set timelines.Experience with cross-functional teams.Creative and capable of using a wide degree of latitude in planning.Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in Virginia at the corporate office. The role requires managing multiple projects with a focus on training programs and deliverables. The work environment is dynamic, fostering creativity and collaboration among team members. This opportunity may extend depending on performance and team needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
