This role offers the opportunity to work alongside engaged leadership and have a direct impact on value delivery and continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive, executive-oriented leader capable of navigating complexity and driving outcomes. _ **Position's General Duties and Tasks:** + _Provides knowledge and expertise around Lean Agile processes while coaching key roles in the organization to be self-sufficient in day-to-day operations._ + _Leads large scale Agile transformations and complex Agile delivery._ + _Partners with key stakeholders and senior leadership in constructing the foundation necessary for transforming from a waterfall (or no) framework to a Lean Agile framework._ + _Partners with Release Train Engineers to prepare and launch new ARTs_ + _Teaches, mentors, and coaches leaders and their teams in Agile practices while building a culture where Agile teams can thrive._ + _Trains leaders and teams at all levels of the organization on Agile strategy and help them understand and articulate the benefits of Lean-Agile delivery._ + _Creates and drives a work environment with focus on continuous improvement, broad collaboration and alignment across program, portfolio, ART, technical, and business teams and their stakeholders._ + _Skillfully facilitates group dynamics and communications, regardless of the audience, and ensure that every voice is heard and heeded._ + _Incorporates enterprise standards and experience to advance organization’s Lean Portfolio Management practices._ + _Actively coach, mentor, and influence cyber teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and business partners in Lean-Agile principles, Lean Portfolio Management best practices, feature prioritization, and backlog refinement, fostering a culture of accountability, adaptability, and collaboration._ + _Drives the ongoing evolution and adoption of SAFe practices within EIP._ + _Creates tools and leads training sessions to demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Agile frameworks in their day-to-day work._ + _Guides three new ARTs through the transition and drives continued adherence to optimal Agile work practices._ + _May provide on-going iteration management for high profile initiatives to provide real-time coaching as well as to gather and share Agile best practices across the enterprise._ + _Begins to influence department’s transformation strategy_ + _Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding approach for transformation components, and work is performed without direction._ **Qualifications** **Must have Skills:** + _Minimum 5+ years serving as an Agile Coach in a fast-paced technology-based environment._ + _At least 10 years working with Agile frameworks in high-demand environments, including experience in hybrid models (Scrum, Kanban, project/program management)._ + _Demonstrated success coaching and mentoring teams and leaders in Lean-Agile practices._ + _Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to empathize and relate with those new to the Agile methodology.; adept at presenting to executive leadership._ + _Advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills._ + _Validated advanced Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), IC Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Practice Consultant)._ + _Deep knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to transfer that knowledge to new and evolving environments._ + _Deep knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework, Lean Portfolio Management, and Product Development Flow principles in their enterprise context._ + _Experience in coaching and demonstrating facilitation of core agile practices including, but not limited to: Kanban, value stream mapping, feature and story backlog prioritization and grooming, PI Planning, Iteration/Sprint planning, Metrics (at all levels), Agile ceremonies (at all levels), and Lean Portfolio Management._ + _Significant experience and proficiency in Jira Align with demonstrated experience training organizations’ users at all levels (Portfolio / Leadership down to team members)._ + _Strong proficiency in Agile lifecycle management tools; preference for Azure DevOps (ADO)_ + _Experience with portfolio wide software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in cyber or technically complex organizations._ + _Agile Coach & Mentor: Possesses strong leadership skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others and has experience in coaching Agile._ **Preferred Skills:** + _Experience working with cyber security teams._ + _Experience coaching both development and non-development Scrum/Kanban teams._ **Education Requirements** _Bachelor's Degree_ _\#LI-LATAM_ **About NTT DATA Services** NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure, and business process services.
