Project & Program Coordinator

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple data centre projects. Ensure projects meet objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Budget Management:

Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve successful completion. Monitor and control expenditures and resource allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables. Ensure effective integration of project components.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate project risks. Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery and success.

Stakeholder Management:

Report project status, key milestones, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Maintain clear and consistent communication.

Vendor Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive project success and satisfaction.

Process Improvement:

Implement project management best practices. Contribute to process improvements within the organization.

Mentorship:

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams. Foster a culture of high performance and accountability.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the lifecycle.

Brand Positioning:

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development:

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

Digital mindset:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Work Experience:

12-15 years of experience in program management, specifically within the Data Centres/heavy infrastructure projects industry

Certifications:

PMP certification is preferred.
