**Job Description**
+ Review of Contractor’s master construction schedule, schedule narrative, cost, quantity, productivity, s-curve and resource histogram and provide approval for progress monitoring.
+ Review of progress in comparison with approved master construction schedule and incessant monitoring of critical / near critical activities pertaining to EPC and advice Contractor for areas require attention for schedule adherence.
+ Review of progress reports submitted by the Contractor, analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiency/productivity improvements and provide inputs to Contractor for adherence.
+ Coordinate and correlate with the site team and maintain continuous communication to ensure that the site team comprehends the programme requirements and necessary actions are implemented and progressed.
+ Organize and participate in review meetings, circulate minutes of meeting to all stakeholder and its follow-up till closure.
+ Prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports and submit to HQ and Employer.
+ Review and certify Contractor’s Interim Payment Application for payments.
+ Identify & monitor key clearance required from external stakeholders and keep Resident Engineer apprised of the progress.
+ Identify and monitor the interface related issues pertaining to related packages and highlight the same to Resident Engineer.
+ Involve in risk identification process, update of risk register on periodic intervals and keep Resident Engineer apprised of the risk status.
+ Prepare and monitor the Issue Tracker and submit updates to the concerned as per escalation matrix.
+ Review of Extension of Time (EOT) claims submitted by the Contractor and provide recommendation to Contracts Engineer.
+ Facilitate audit process and provide responses.
+ Develop and maintain effective acquaintance with Clients, Contractors and their Sub-Contractor.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech).
+ A strong foundation in civil engineering principles is essential for understanding construction processes, materials, and project requirements.
+ Proficiency in Primavera P6 (Project Management Software).
**Additional Information**
+ Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 for project scheduling and monitoring.
+ Ability to analyze progress reports, productivity metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder coordination and reporting.
