The PMO Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the actions of the Project Management Office covering his / her different speciality(ies) and domain(s) of Bid / Project Management.
In the scope of his / her speciality, the PMO Specialist is responsible to:
• Develop, deploy and improve standards (governance, processes, methods and tools) for bids and projects management within the organization.
• Contribute to and support his / her specialties(s)
• Support and challenge teams with a coaching posture in his / her area of expertise
• Organize dedicated meeting with the Core team,
• Produce and analyse KPI
• Participate as needed to progress meetings, bid and project reviews.
• Capitalize on best practices and proposing recommendation and improvement.
• Transversally disseminate and share best practices and recommendations at the state of the art
Possible specialities are: structuring, scheduling, estimating, risks and opportunities management, executing and reporting. Some additional activities can be associated to each speciality.
For planning speciality:
• Identifying the deliverables, contents and follow them thought the project with rescheduling as necessary.
• Implementing the assessment of the performance of the monitoring of the bid/project.
