What You'll Do

Draft detailed reports in English and Italian following international standardsProvide technical opinions on development projects, assessing statutory compliance, budgeted costs, and timing.Conduct site inspections throughout our projects’ construction site across ItalyAttend meetings with clients, developers, professional teams, and contractorsReview drawings and specs for compliance with client's briefMonitor site’s quality and progress identifying defects and non-conformitiesValidate progress payments (SAL) and expenditure to prepare drawdown certificatesIdentify and assess risks arising from available information or documentation gapsPrepare and analyze parametric estimates and Capex Plan.Develop and review project schedulesConduct drop-line analysis for construction progress monitoringRecommend completion/snagging inspection processesAnalyze development, finance, consultancy, maintenance, and construction agreements.Monitor any change and issues in relation to H&S matters.

 

What You Must Have

Degree in Engineering or Architecture with excellent academic results1-3 years of professional experience in construction/development sector/ consultancy firms.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAvailability to travel across ItalyTeamwork and collaboration skillsProactive attitude and desire to learnAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentValid driver's license (Patente B)Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
