Job Description
The Project Materials Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that materials for various projects are delivered to their designated locations promptly. This role involves close collaboration with project managers to facilitate efficient material flow.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Work closely with development, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.Manage inventory and track materials using SAP or MS Office Excel.Collaborate with development engineers, supplier quality engineers, and production teams.Essential SkillsExperience in inventory management.Proficiency in project coordination.Familiarity with SAP or MS Office Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work effectively with diverse teams.Full-time availability for the initial three months, transitioning to part-time.Work Environment
The role requires daily in-office presence, collaborating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. The environment involves working with development engineers, supplier quality engineers, production, and supply chain teams. Dress code is professional, suitable for an office setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
