Job Description

Develop, implements and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Work with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of our products. Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

You will report to the MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER,

role is located in Katowice - Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage Projects and Production Line Transfers within EMEA and AP;Implement new technical solutions.Lead improvement projects as a project team leader or member, while considering budget, timeframes, legal requirements, and internal company standards.Collaborate with global and local RA departments on task execution.Prepare and evaluate technical specifications and project documentation.Manage the quality and timeliness of work outsourced to suppliers. Coordinating work.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Higher technical education (preferred fields: Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design, Production/Process Engineering, Mechatronics, Project Management);At least 5+ years of experience in an engineering position.English language (work in an international environment);Experience managing investment projects related to the automation of production or warehouse processes (preferred);Project management skills.Willingness to travel domestically/internationally (including outside the EU) ~25%;Drive license-Category BPractical knowledge of technical drawing.

Knowledge of AutoCADWork in an SAP environmentKnowledge of MS ProjectSix Sigma certificationSEP G1 E certification
