Responsibilities:
- Complete quality takeoffs and project estimates
- Interpret specifications, drawings, and bid documents
- Prepare and present project proposals
- Attend pre-bid and progress meetings as needed
- Request and review quotes from vendors/subcontractors
- Manage project timelines, subcontractor schedules, and budgets
- Track RFIs, change orders, and project scope adjustments
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Oversee material, production, and project cost tracking
- Ensure quality workmanship and enforce safety protocols
- Handle project closeout and final documentation
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- 3+ years in a project management role preferred

Bachelors

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred (or 5+ years equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and PM software
