Responsibilities:
Schedule and Supervise: Plan and schedule daily tasks the night before, then arrive on-site by 7:00-7:30 a.m. to ensure all contractors and subcontractors are present and working efficiently.

Coordinate and Communicate: Act as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating all subcontractors, conducting site meetings, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.

Manage Logistics: Monitor material orders, track long lead times, and proactively follow up to ensure timely delivery of all necessary materials.

Permit & Inspection Management: Ensure all required permits are pulled in a timely manner and coordinate with inspectors to keep the project on track.

Budget & Change Orders: Monitor project costs and spending per line item, and create and execute change orders as necessary to maintain project budget.

Quality & Safety: Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained on all job sites.

Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary administrative tasks, including project documentation, reports, and other office-related duties.

Project Volume: Manage a high volume of projects, primarily focusing on hardscape and landscape developments such as multimillion-dollar playgrounds, neighborhood sidewalks, and parking lots.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Experience with hardscape and landscape projects for large-scale developers.

Experience managing projects along the Houston 99 corridor from Rosenberg to Conroe to Baytown.

Proven ability to manage project costs and meet strict deadlines.

Experience in creating and executing change orders.

Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively.

Education:
No Degree Required

Qualifications:
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or a related field, or the equivalent work experience; new graduate with Internship Experience.

Software Proficiency: Non-negotiable proficiency with Project Management software, specifically Procore or BuilderTrend.

Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of the general construction process, including dirtwork, drainage, concrete, and landscaping.

Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in scheduling and logistics.

Work Ethic: "Hungry," driven, and trustworthy with a strong sense of common sense.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
