Project Manager within production and IT

Are you passionate about project management and building relationships across the organisation? Are you interested in being a part of something bigger than yourself and contribute to the health of millions of people worldwide? Then this is your chance. We are looking for a new Project Manager, to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Production Support Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) department based in Hillerød.

Your new role

PS AM Hillerød faces a more extensive and complex portfolio of projects initiated and executed over the coming years. Our production lines, which include the aseptic and finished production, are encountering several upgrades driven by the introduction of new products, optimization initiatives, compliance or discontinuance of hardware and software.

As our new Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Driving projects independently throughout their entire lifecycle within our aseptic production portfolio roadmap.

· Projects in the portfolio are diverse and you should have a keen interest in IT/equipment/ and validation projects.

· Planning, executing, and following up on all related tasks/processes related to scope, schedule, resources, cost, quality and project risk.

· As a natural part of your projects, you will be in close dialogue with line of business and all levels of management on our production site, as well as external vendors.

It is also expected that you will actively contribute with learnings and experiences with rest of the PMO team to mature and strengthen our ability to run projects more efficiently.

By becoming part of Novo Nordisk, you will get the opportunity to lead exciting and impactful projects and grow a team culture based on collaboration, curiosity, and high ambitions. We believe in talent development tailored to your needs and ambitions and will continuously invest in you and your professional development.

Your new department

You will be part of a dynamic and ambitious PMO, where our more than 40 Project Managers execute small to large projects across our production site. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects and implementing new solutions with minimum impact on the ongoing production. From PMO we execute projects within aseptic production (formulation, filling, and inspection); finished production (assembly and packaging); IT; material handling systems and our building facilities. Production Support in AM Hillerød is a part of the global production division Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT). In Production Support all highly qualified employees with different backgrounds strive for our common purpose to support the production and implement Novo Nordisk strategies in AM Hillerød, which right now calls for scaling to reach many more patients across the World.

The production at the site consists of all processes from formulation of the specific product, filling and inspecting the product, assembly into pens, packaging to orders and shipping the product out of the site towards the patients across the World.

Your skills and qualifications

Your experiences include:

· An Academic Degree in a relevant field.

· Some experience as a Project Manager or a similar coordinating role; a portfolio of IT-related projects will be advantageous.

· Excellent communication skills with experience of working cross functionally and building relations with stakeholders at all organisational levels.

· Experience from a GMP regulated environment as well as aseptic or finished production areas will be considered an advantage.

· Professional proficiency in English.

While prior experience in project management is highly valued, we recognise that there are numerous paths that may lead to excelling in this role. Therefore, we encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.

On a personal level, you are pro-active and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. You have a structured approach to your work, and you can handle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the project goals in mind. You are adaptable and capable to work efficiently in constantly changing environment. You are a team player, and you can quickly build strong and meaningful relationships with your stakeholders.
