Bell is seeking a **Project Manager to support our V\-22 Program** at our Fort Worth, Texas location\. The Project Manager V\-22 acts as the primary point of contact for the PRGB force retrofit effort of the Navy and Air Force fleet\. This will require constant communication between Bell Center of Excellence \(COEs\), internal/external suppliers, external customers, and the V\-22 Program\. This role involves the day to day oversight and support of repair activities that align to on time project execution\. A successful candidate in this role will interface with all levels of Bell management and customers to ensure execution of our customer commitments and Bell's financial plan\. **What you'll be doing as a Project Manager \- V\-22** Closely monitor PRGB repair execution progress to plan, track receipt of gearboxes from the fleet to ensure Repair and Overhaul Center \(ROC\) maintains steady workflow to meet schedule requirementsMaintain close coordination with the customer and provide accurate and timely information on throughput status and upcoming completionsOversee outbound shipping process of completed repairs to ensure expedited movement in returning to the fleetMonitor inventory health for complete gearbox repair bill of material to ensure accurate demand is loaded for remaining repairs; look for leading indicators of supply challenges and work with supply chain and program to resolve issuesConduct weekly meetings to provide status and alignment to all internal stakeholders; additionally, conduct meetings to key leadership as needed and requestedIdentify Risks, Issues and Opportunities with Bell Center of Excellence \(COEs\), Program Management, Suppliers and CustomerResponsible for oversight of quality, schedule and costs associated with Bell COEsAssist the Program Performance team with Earned Value Management \(EVM\) reporting that accurately reflects executionDevelop effective reporting / management tools to drive understanding of the enterprise demand plan and impact on schedule executionAssist V\-22 Program Teams with material/part allocation recommendations between repair requirements at ROC/FRC\-E and productionSupport V\-22 Control Account Manager \(CAM\) regarding Earned Value Management \(EVM\) and Program PerformancePlan, organize and provide project leadership for activities related to COE execution **Qualifications** **What you need to be successful:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management or similar discipline required\.At least 5 years of experience in Aviation or Manufacturing environmentDemonstrated Project Management skillsExperience identifying defective parts, equipment, and systems in order to determine root cause of problems and potential corrective actionsStrong analytical abilities and capable of working with large datasets **Skills you bring to this role:** Six Sigma Certified \(Greenbelt or Blackbelt\) preferredPrior US Military Aviation Production/Manufacturing experience preferredDemonstrated experience in a team\-based environment \- team playerDemonstrated ability to works across organizational boundariesCandidate should be self\-motivated with strong communication skillsPrior leadership experience preferredStrong interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of SAP, QlikViewProficiency in MS Office **What we offer you in return** You'll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule80 hours of Personal Time Off \(PTO\)120 hours Vacation time12\-13 paid holidays per year6 weeks parental leaveTuition reimbursementCompetitive salaryComprehensive health insuranceOn\-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselorsAnd so much more It's time to make your mark on the future of aviation\.
