Job Description:

Project Manager

Dubai, UAE

What You'll Be Doing:

Act as the company's representative with clients and subcontractors during project execution.

Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors.

Secure additional work opportunities with clients.

Follow up on project instructions and commitments; participate in regulatory negotiations and public meetings as needed.

Oversee the establishment of essential project plans, including the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan.

Establish project requirements and monitor deliverables for adherence to criteria.

Develop and distribute project summaries to the team for reference.

Plan, direct, supervise, and control all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project.

Assign project responsibilities to subordinates based on their qualifications and strengths; provide input for performance reviews and development plans.

Handle field responsibilities such as labor relations, procurement, and payroll operations if required.

Mobilize company resources to form effective project teams through collaboration with support departments and other offices.

Discuss qualifications for key project positions with profit center and department managers.

Collaborate with office facilities staff to address project space requirements.

Work with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans.

Ensure the project meets or exceeds established goals.

Devise and execute action plans to address cost overruns, delays, or scope changes; advise clients and management of changes.

Maintain current and timely change orders.

Promote technical and commercial excellence through Quality Assurance processes.

Monitor and report project progress, milestones, and conditions affecting cost or schedule to management.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor Degree in Architecture from a reputable institution

Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management and and delivery of infrastructure, landscape and master planning projects

Well versed in Project Management principles

Proactive and problem-solving approach

Excellent communication and presentation skills
