Description Manages the development, evaluation, and implementation of financial information systemsDevelops written procedures relating to system implementationDevelops and prepares operational and statistical reports for management to assist decision-making for improvements in efficiency and controlsMaximizes the use of reporting software availablePrepares project status reportsProvides input into departmental goals and objectivesPeriodically meets with other staff members to discuss progress towards their achievement and to develop future courses of actionActs as a liaison to other departments for the implementation of new projectsIdentifies and proposes suggestions for improved efficiency and financial controls through various methods such as exception reporting or work flow redesignDevelops and implements formal training along with implementation of new systems and projectsAssists department staff during the implementation of projectsDevelops, builds, and maintains relationships with department and campus staff and external parties who have relationships to areaEnsures effective communication for completion of projects on a timely basisDevelops and makes presentations for new projects. Performs other related duties as requiredMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science, business or a related fieldFour years project planning or related experience or a Master's degree with 2 years previous project planning or related experienceJOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
