Project Management: own the assigned project and apply the necessary standards for each phase of the project. 2. Adapt project methodology where required 3. Leadership: lead project teams ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and all blockers removed 4. Stakeholder management: understand all stakeholders involved and communicate accordingly 5. Team support: provided required support to colleagues as necessary 6.Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for further improvements or adjustments. 7.Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of project management and other required process, including plans, communications, training materials, and feedback received. **What** **will** **make** **you** **successful** + Advancedenglishismandatory + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related areas. Project Management certification is desirable. + Previous experience in Project Management + Knowledge in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Continuous Improvement and others. + Strong understanding of project management practices and processes. + Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills. + Experience as a Project/Squads leader. + Proactivity is key to achieving the goals. + Mastery in Stakeholder management is fundamental. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address challenges and opportunities in the related project.
