Then come and join our global team as Project Manager Specialty Lab Solutions (f/m/d) to strengthen our PMO team within SLS for Software, instrument and/or Assay development or Lifecycle projects.


This position can be done in full-time (37.5h/week) or part-time (min. 30h/week).


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will lead and inspire cross-functional project teams to build a high-performance cultureYou will lead all cross-functional aspects of your projects in an international environmentYou will ensure optimal project execution regarding cost, schedule and scope for your projectsYou will own and manage transparent and timely communications to all stakeholders, including project status and updates to management for multiple projects.You will drive bias-for-action to proactively identify and remove roadblocks and leverage appropriate escalation as needed.You will closely collaborate with external partners and assure optimal interface managementYou will lead all aspects of project planning including the incorporation of cross-functional plans, identification of the Critical Path resulting in a robust execution planYou will lead the bottoms-up identification of resource needs within projects and collaboration with the relevant functional managers to ensure resource allocation matches the prioritized needs.You will own the project budget and assure that cost commitments are met.You will nurture and strengthen a culture of continuous learning from past success and failure by consistent application of Lessons Learned.You will ensure an up-to-date Project Risk Management to identify and mitigate business or project execution risks

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university’s degree degree in Life-Sciences, Engineering - a master’s degree in these disciplines and/or an MBA is preferred.You have many years of experience in product development within the in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) environment is required.At least several years of project management experience in a regulated environment (ideally in medical diagnostics) is required.Profound knowledge of agile product development, FDA, ISO, IVDD and IVDR regulations is desirableYou have the demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in a global matrix structure
