Roles and Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, etc.)Oversee ITOM components such as Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB enhancementManage project scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risksStakeholder EngagementCoordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and global stakeholdersFacilitate requirement gathering, decision-making, and status reportingProcess & Technical ConsultingProvide guidance on ITIL-based process design and improvementPropose technical solutions and implementation strategiesQuality Assurance & Continuous ImprovementSupport testing (including UAT), post-implementation troubleshooting, and ongoing optimizationConduct reviews and share lessons learned
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) Exposure to other ServiceNow modules Experience working with multicultural and offshore teams

Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
Proven track record managing large-scale ServiceNow implementation projectsFamiliarity with ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM Strong understanding of ITIL processes Language Proficiency
Japanese: Native or Business Level (JLPT N1 equivalent)English: Business Level or higher Other Skills
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred)Strong communication and multitasking abilitiesTechnical acumen in web/software development environments

ServiceNow ITSMモジュール(インシデント、リクエスト、問題管理、変更管理、ナレッジなど)のエンドツーエンド実装をリードディスカバリー、イベント管理、CMDB強化などのITOMコンポーネントを監督プロジェクトのスコープ、予算、リソース、スケジュール、リスクを管理ステークホルダー対応
社内チーム、外部ベンダー、グローバルステークホルダーとの調整要件収集、意思決定、進捗報告のファシリテーションプロセスおよび技術コンサルティング
ITILに基づくプロセス設計・改善に関するガイダンスを提供技術的ソリューションや実装戦略を提案品質保証と継続的改善
テスト(UATを含む)、 実装後のトラブルシューティング、継続的な最適化をサポートレビューを実施し、学びを共有

必須資格
経験・スキル
大規模なServiceNow導入プロジェクトの管理実績ServiceNow ITSMまたはITOMに精通していること ITILプロセスを深く理解していること語学力
日本語:ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル(JLPT N1相当)英語:ビジネスレベル以上その他スキル
プロジェクト管理資格(PMP、PRINCE2が望ましい)高いコミュニケーション能力とマルチタスク能力Web/ソフトウェア開発環境における技術的知識

好ましい要件
ServiceNow認定資格(例:CIS-ITSM、CIS-ITOM)その他のServiceNowモジュールの経験 多文化・オフショアチームとの業務経験
