Job Title: Field Project Manager – Construction Location: Dallas TX 75247 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $52/hour Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Job Overview The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction-related projects of varying size and complexity from initiation through completion. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with performance, budget, and safety expectations. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution + Lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion + Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables + Establish project performance goals in collaboration with business stakeholders + Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones + Track and report project performance against goals and timelines Field & Stakeholder Management + Monitor and communicate project status to project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders + Coordinate and lead project meetings + Identify, track, and resolve project issues in collaboration with internal and external partners Risk, Budget & Quality Management + Identify and manage project risks using quality and risk management tools + Develop alternative solutions to mitigate project risks and challenges + Plan and monitor project budgets, including invoice tracking + Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and execution Documentation & Reporting + Maintain accurate project documentation, notes, databases, and records + Monitor project metrics and provide status updates to Project Sponsors and stakeholders + Document lessons learned and share best practices across teams Team Leadership & Resource Management + Identify and assign appropriate resources to support project tasks + Guide and coach team members throughout project phases + Provide ongoing feedback and developmental support Top Skills Required + Strong communication skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Highly organized and detail-oriented Qualifications + Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience + Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree) + Proficiency with Excel and Smartsheets + Strong experience mitigating risk, tracking invoices, and managing schedules + Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
