Job Title: Project Manager – Construction

Location: Manassas, VA
Pay Rate: $52/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Experience Required: 5–10 years in construction project management

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Manassas, VA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction project management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for managing multiple projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion.

Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking performance.

Monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and provide recommendations.

Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks using quality management tools.

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and sponsors.

Document project learnings and share knowledge with other teams.

Assign resources to tasks, guide and coach project team members.

Provide feedback and support team development.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

5–10 years of construction project management experience required.

Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
