Project Manager
Location: Lenoir, North Carolina
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $52 per hour
Experience Required: 5–10 years in construction project management
The Project Manager will oversee field projects of varying complexity and size. This role involves leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage, develop, and implement assigned projects.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and performance goals.
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; track performance against goals.
Identify and resolve project issues in collaboration with team members.
Monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Plan and monitor project budgets; conduct research and provide input on timelines and deliverables.
Manage project risk and identify solutions to mitigate issues.
Document and share lessons learned with other teams.
Maintain accurate project notes, databases, and records.
Assign resources, guide, and coach team members through all project stages.
Provide constructive feedback to support team development.
