Project Manager – Field/Construction 
Location: Dorchester, South Carolina
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $52 per hour
Experience Required: 5–10 years in construction project management

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing field projects of varying complexity and size. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, develop, and implement projects in the assigned functional area.

Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion.

Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and performance goals.

Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and results.

Identify and resolve project issues in collaboration with team members.

Monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Plan and manage project budgets; conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.

Assess and mitigate project risks using quality tools and processes.

Document and share lessons learned to improve future projects.

Maintain project documentation, notes, and databases.

Assign resources effectively and provide coaching and guidance to team members.

Deliver developmental feedback to support team growth.
