Job Title: Project Manager (Field – Construction)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Southwest area)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and execute field-based projects of varying complexity in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities:

Lead multiple projects from initiation through completion.

Facilitate planning sessions to define project scope and objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance goals.

Track project progress, issues, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals.

Identify and mitigate project risks using quality tools and analysis.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.

Monitor budgets, perform research, and provide input into project development.

Document and share lessons learned and best practices across teams.

Maintain project documentation, databases, and status reports.

Assign and manage resources as needed to ensure task completion.

Provide guidance and feedback to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in construction project management.

Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, field-based environments.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience managing field construction work in the Atlanta, GA area.
