As a Project Manager-Senior Associate on the Marketing Execution team, you will have a strong focus on Business Analysis and Project Management. You will drive the delivery of programs and projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into actionable roadmaps and tangible results. You should be a multi-skilled professional with a passion for technology transformation, automation, and operational excellence. Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis (BA) project or program management, with proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery.Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience in Business, Technology, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough business analysis and translate requirements into actionable plans.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting clear project documentation and executive-level summaries.Proven track record of successfully driving projects to completion.Ability to adapt to change, manage ambiguity, and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong relationship building and influencing skills to foster trust and collaboration among diverse teams.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Experience with marketing operations or MarTech solutions is highly desirable.Familiarity with project or product management tools and agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).Knowledge of AI and automation trends, with practical experience in backlog prioritization.
