Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** * Planning & Definition: Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, tasks, and timelines. * Resource & Budget Management: Allocating resources, managing budgets, and tracking expenses. * Team Leadership: Building, motivating, and directing project teams, fostering communication. * Execution & Monitoring: Overseeing progress, managing risks, ensuring quality, and reporting status to stakeholders. * Stakeholder Management: Serving as the central point of contact, managing expectations, and bridging technical teams with business goals. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and conflict resolution. * Project planning, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and proficiency with PM software * Specific knowledge for roles like Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to understand architecture and development. * Progression from junior roles; proven track record in leading projects and managing teams of varying sizes * Education - * Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent * Post Graduation in Management * **Preferred technical and professional experience** PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent would be added advantage IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
