Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the team.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and deliver high-quality products, focusing on creating high value increments that eventually meet the Definition of Done.
Ensure that the team is delivering the committed work on time and within the agreed scope, while ensuring optimal performance and the elimination of blockers.
Track and report on the progress of the team, ensuring that the status of sprints, work completion, and risks are communicated to stakeholders regularly.
Establish and extend best practices enterprise-wide by continuously iterating on Program Management processes and capturing best practices
Provide coaching and support to team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective collaboration within the embedded and hardware engineering domains.
What you need:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline with total 9+ years of experience and minimum 4+ years as a Scrum Master
Must have at least one Scrum Certification – CSM/ PSM1 and in-depth knowledge of agile and scrum practices and experience leading multiple scrum teams with different projects located across geographies with diverse cultures, and offshore environments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in regulated industries like automotive, medical devices, or aerospace with exposure to CI/CD practices.
Strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, embedded systems, and software development processes with good understanding of hardware/software integration.
Excellent Presentation Skills to be able to deliver various scrum trainings
