Main responsibilities
Lead complex, multi-year SAP programs across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and ERP systems to deliver strategic business value
Design and implement program governance structures, ensuring alignment with quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements
Drive program execution through effective planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement
Manage program budgets and resources while coordinating multiple project workstreams
Champion agile methodologies and best practices in project delivery
Ensure successful transition to service management and application stability
Monitor and mitigate program risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
About you
Experience leading large-scale SAP implementation projects
Strong expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Advanced program management capabilities with proven stakeholder management skills
Excellence in communication and team leadership
Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or related degree
Fluent spoken and written English
PMP Certification is a plus
