**Introduction** Highly experienced Senior SAP Project Manager with over 10 years of successful leadership in SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation projects, specifically with SAP S/4HANA. This role will be primarily responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the required quality, following the SAP Activate methodology. **Your role and responsibilities** S/4HANA Project Leadership: * Lead end-to-end complex SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including Greenfield implementations or Brownfield conversions. * Ensure proper application of the SAP Activate methodology across all phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run). * Manage projects delivered under the RISE with SAP framework, ensuring alignment with cloud transformation standards and best practices. Team and Stakeholder Management: * Lead, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams (functional, technical, integration). * Communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders, including Executive Management and Steering Committees. * Manage expectations and communication with end-users and business leaders. Planning and Control: * Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including scope, timeline, and budget. * Monitor progress, identify deviations, and proactively implement mitigation plans. * Manage scope and the change control process. Risk and Issue Management: * Identify, assess, and document project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. * Manage and resolve issues efficiently to prevent delays or disruptions. Vendor and Contract Management: * Coordinate and oversee work delivered by external SAP service and consulting providers. * Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual deliverables. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience managing SAP implementation projects. * RISE with SAP: Hands-on experience managing projects under the RISE with SAP * S/4HANA: Proven experience managing at least 2 full SAP S/4HANA implementation cycles (Finance, Logistics, or End-to-End). * Methodologies: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with: * SAP Activate methodology and tools such as SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM. * Other project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid). * Language: Fluent English (required). **Preferred technical and professional experience** Preferred Certifications: Current certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification.
