Project Manager – Sales, Revenue Management Digital (EAME)

Join our Commercial Services team and help shape Hyatt’s growth across EAME.

Your Role

As a Project Manager – Sales, Revenue Management Digital (EAME), you will lead and coordinate key cross-functional projects that drive commercial excellence and performance across the region. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, Revenue, and Business Development, you will partner closely with leaders and teams across disciplines to align strategy, execution, and impact.

This role can be based either in London, Paris, or Zurich. You will play a central role in prioritizing and managing initiatives that maximize the effectiveness and contribution of our Sales, Revenue Management, and Digital functions. Through collaboration, insight, and structured project leadership, you will ensure timely execution, financial accountability, and measurable outcomes that advance Hyatt’s commercial vision.

Your Responsibilities

Review, understand, and manage key Sales, Revenue, and Digital project tasks, ensuring alignment with EAME commercial objectives.Consolidate project formats and timelines, holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables and measurable outcomes.Gather and share relevant project information, analysis, and recommendations to support effective decision-making.Assist in preparing and executing detailed project plans; oversee quality standards, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.Define project scopes and interdependencies across Sales, Revenue Management, and Digital teams to ensure seamless integration.Lead the development and implementation of new projects in collaboration with cross-functional partners.Standardize project governance processes and promote efficient sharing of tools and resources.Monitor and report financial metrics such as ROI and KPIs; prepare project-related financial and performance reports.Track and evaluate project performance against established goals, identifying opportunities for optimization.Manage dependencies across multiple projects to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.Demonstrate and model Hyatt’s core values of care, integrity, and inclusivity in all interactions.

Your Qualifications Experience

Bachelor’s degree required.Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience, ideally within Sales, Revenue Management, or Digital functions.Strong understanding of sales tools, systems, and IT environments.Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate ROI and business performance metrics.Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — and confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to conduct effective training sessions (in-person, group, and virtual).High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with adaptive AI tools is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Energetic, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement and collaboration.Willingness to travel as required.
