The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring collaboration across departments.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and optimizing resource utilization.Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client or organizational requirements.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and post-project evaluations.Change Management: Manage scope changes, ensuring proper approval and communication to all relevant parties.Project Closure: Conduct project reviews, document lessons learned, and ensure all deliverables are completed and approved.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., IT, construction, marketing].Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with budget forecasting and financial tracking.Familiarity with [insert specific tools, software, or industry standards relevant to the organization].Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $82,000.00 - $121,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
