Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key accountabilities:

Responsible for the design quality and coordination of design between different design streamsManages compliance with masterplan, vision and engineering integrationManages Safety in DesignLiaison with delivery teams, integration of designs

Role and responsibilities:

Assist in developing NEOM architecture design styleManaging the design by creative approach and aesthetic designResponsible to deliver various architectural design types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.Strong ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and presentationsQualitative architectural design review, comment, and recommendationDraft comprehensive architectural sets from concept until detailed design documentsDevelop and review architectural asset briefsPrepare SoW, specifications, reports and related data tables.Take initiative to develop design manuals, standard design documentsTechnical detailing and construction administration experienceResearch on new technologies and trendsProduce deliverables in accordance with NEOM standards and policies.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Knowledge:

Understanding of scope definition and scope interface and ability to transmit the same to others.Knowledge of international standards, policies, codes and procedures and ability to transmit the same to others.Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements,Knowledge of codes, regulations and submission requirements.Developed knowledge of Sustainable Design principles.

Skills:

Experience:

10+ years post undergraduate of outstanding architectural design and management experienceDesign experience in various architectural types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.Experience in Middle East is highly appreciated

Qualifications

B.Arch or B.Sc, in Architecture from a recognized universityPostgraduate In ArchitectureInternational Accreditations (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent)Sustainability Certification (LEED, PQP, or equivalent)
