Your ‘day to day’
As a Project Manager - Program External Development and Innovation, you will ensure timely delivery of components through External Partners, and effective synchronization of innovation project plans with calendar programs. You will play a critical role in enabling product development agility, External Partners performance, and cross-functional alignment within the eVapor domain.
More specifically, you'll
Be responsible for E-liquid Manufacturer management. Oversee relationship with third party e-liquid development and manufacturing. Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory and delivery standards. Drive continuous improvement and innovation readiness across suppliers.Establish and supervise functional budget related to innovation, sampling and prototyping. Monitor spend against forecast and ensure cost efficiency. Support financial planning and reporting cycles. Coordinate supply in compliance of samples for ad-hoc consumer studies and regulatory testing. Ensure traceability, documentation integrity and compliance with internal and external standards. Liaise with local Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams to validate sample protocols.Supervise Innovation Projects planning. Establish and maintain innovation-related project plans. Coordinate establishment of NDAs and Service Agreements with Procurement and Legal teams. Synchronize timelines with calendar programs and multi-functional teams. Track deliverables status progress and risks, using structured governance toolsLead External Partners Delivery Coordination. Ensure timely delivery of components and finished goods. Act as primary interface for operational alignment and raise risks proactively.
Who we’re looking for
Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and knowledge to fulfill the scientific competencies for this position.Extensive experience in Product Development within the Consumer Goods / Electronic industry.Proven experience in stakeholders’ management and supplier coordination skills. Expertise in product lifecycle planning. Proficiency in budget control and project governance. Ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments.Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
