As Project Manager External, he/she should responsible to manage all processes related to the assigned project, including project management, engineering, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning (if any) activities within the Protection and Automation Solution/Product business. He/she will strive for continuous improvement in profit, cash flow, and on-time execution and completion.
Key Highlights:End-to-End Project Management: Takes full responsibility for assigned projects, from establishing organization and schedules to project closure activities.Progress & Quality Control: Monitors and reports project progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost performance.Stakeholder Management: Serves as the primary point of contact for projects, clarifying, negotiating, and resolving issues with both internal and external stakeholders.Resource Procurement: Responsible for determining and procuring necessary project components, materials, and services.Cross-functional Collaboration: Provides vital support to engineering, production, and proposal management teams, fostering effective communication and coordination.Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Actively supports other Project Managers and facilitates knowledge sharing within the Project Management team.Your defining qualities:Educational Background: Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Automation (PMP certification preferred).Extensive Project Management Experience: Holds 3-10 years of relevant project management experience, specifically within the protection, automation, or power systems industry.Strong Interpersonal & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders (customers, consultants, suppliers), effectively managing expectations and clarifications.Technical Acumen in Power Systems: Possesses a solid understanding of Protection and Automation systems, including SCADA, substation automation, and IEC standards (e.g., IEC 61850), with the ability to interpret technical drawings.Comprehensive Project Lifecycle Management: Capable of planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget, coupled with skills in risk management and resource planning.Financial & Commercial Aptitude: Understands project financials, cash flow, and contract terms, and can support invoicing and commercial discussionsIn return, we offer you:Attractive compensation and benefitsValues-driven work culture with inclusive workplace policies and practices that prioritize diversity and inclusionEndless possibilities and opportunities for progression and learningRecruitment Process:CV Screening A session with our recruiter to understand your motivation & your past experiences 1-3 Business InterviewsOffer Stage Medical test
