Responsible for planning and implementing Agency’s Real Estate Management application Project.   The Project Manager should adhere to the Commonwealth laws, executive orders, policies, standards % guidelines which establish the Project mgmt. environment.
Responsibilities:•Manage project development from initiation to closure.• Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete the project Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) and the Project Charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget and timing.• Develop and prepare detailed planning documents in accordance with the Commonwealth’s Project Management Standard.•Point of contact for all day-to-day project operations.•Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.•Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.•Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.•Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.• Effectively manage project scope, schedule and budget by ensuring changes to scope are documented and approved through the change management process.•Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports as identified in the planning process.•Coordinate Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) reviews for project performance.•Determine how results will be measured and complete a post project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.•Conduct monthly Internal Agency Oversight Committee (IAOC) meetings.•Conduct periodic risk review meetings and maintain/update risk register.•Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete the project closeout report.•Document lessons learned.
