Chemours is seeking a **Project Manager & IT PMO Support** person to join our growing **IT team** . This position will be **a hybrid role based out of Spain** within driving distance to the **Asturias, Spain** office and report directly to the **IT PMO Manager** . The position will report directly to the IT PMO Leader and work closely with cross functional scrum teams to accelerate value delivery through the application of Agile and traditional PM methods to a portfolio of IT, Digital, and Cyber initiatives. For this role, Chemours is seeking a knowledgeable agile and project management practitioner to fulfill the role of project manager or scrum master on these teams to drive high performing and healthy agile teams using adaptive fit for purpose work methods. This role would also take on responsibility to manage Planview (Clarizen) which is the organization’s PMO portfolio management tool. **The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:** **Project Manager and/or Scrum Master** + Plan and lead projects and programs across the portfolio contribute to Chemours enterprise pathway to thrive targets which achieve measurable planned business value and are executed within planned cost and schedule targets. + Serves as Subject Matter Expert in Project Management (SDLC) and Agile Scrum who coaches and supports teams assigned to other initiatives. + Guides and coaches the project team on how to use Project practices and principles, including agile, to deliver high-quality solutions to our internal stakeholders through both formal training and informal coaching. + Responsible to get the team to a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques + Responsible for ensuring Project methods are understood and the team adheres to theory, practice, and methods + Works with project team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and to drive team performance. + Resolves team impediments in order to drive effectiveness and high performing teams through escalation to program managers and other stakeholders. + Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Project management practices within the organization by collaborating with other PMs and agile practitioners both internal and external to the transformation office + Facilitates and supports all team meetings and ceremonies and reporting requirements. + Works with leaders to ensure the capability and skillsets of the team are adequate to achieve business goals, targets. **PMO Coordinator & Administrator** + Serve as system administrator for Planview Adaptivework (Clarizen) for activities including but not limiting to managing access, configuration enhancements, reporting, and issue resolution. + Ensure transparency of portfolio health by ensuring the IT initiative SharePoint list, Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboards are maintained and of high quality + Ensure PMO Processes are simple, effective and reliable by contributing to process design and supporting governance and controls **The following is** **_required_** **for this role:** + Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master and a minimum of 5 years work experience overall in a professional setting. + Minimum 1 year of experience with administrative experience working in Planview Adaptivework (Clarizen) or 5 plus years of working experience with the tool. + Experience using Microsoft Power BI + Self-motivated, self-starter individual that exhibits leadership qualities capable of triaging organizational issues and conflict. + Adept at implementing waterfall SDLC methodologies and agile Scrum techniques + Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques Experience working with project tracking or agile tools to ensure efficient execution and enable project controls and effective work management **The following is** **_preferred_** **for this role:** + Experience working in global, virtual teams in particular virtual agile teams + Intermediate working knowledge of Azure DevOps or other Agile work management tools + Experience working with other PMO tools + Experience with team agile execution within a manufacturing or service industry + Experience using tools such as Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate + Scrum Master Certification + Project Management Certification + Experience as scrum master or project manager in a manufacturing setting, process optimizations/automations, or major data projects. + Change Management experience and/or formal training. **Benefits:** Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Benefits Packages Tuition Reimbursement Learning and Development Opportunities Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives Company-paid Volunteer Day We’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
