Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in project management with at least 2 PLM implementations, ideally involving Teamcenter.Demonstrated experience managing enterprise software rollouts in manufacturing or industrial environments.Experience with PLM concepts, product structures, BOM management, change control, and CAD data management.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Hybrid).Proficiency in project tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.Familiarity with SAP ERP, MES systems, and integration with PLM platforms.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (Contractor) to lead the Teamcenter PLM rollout at our new manufacturing plant. This role will act as the key liaison between site stakeholders and the global rollout teams, ensuring successful localization, deployment, and user adoption of the Teamcenter platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex enterprise software implementations in manufacturing environments, ideally with Siemens Teamcenter, with exposure to SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & ExecutionLead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of the Teamcenter PLM rollout at the plant, in coordination with global teams Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget, ensuring alignment with global rollout timelines.Organize and lead local project governance meetings, status reporting, and issue escalation.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with global PLM program teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards, templates, and timelines.Work closely with local engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT to gather requirements, validate workflows, and drive PLM tool adoption.Serve as the single point of contact between the site and global teams for all PLM rollout-related activities.Localization & Change ManagementCoordinate localization of global PLM processes to meet site-specific needs without compromising global alignment.Facilitate training, workshops, and onboarding sessions for end users and key stakeholders.Support change management activities including communication planning, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.System Integration & Data ReadinessCoordinate system integration activities with other tools (e.g., ERP, MES, CAD).Oversee and assist in data migration, validation, and testing activities to ensure data quality and system readiness.Testing & Go-Live SupportPlan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and resolution processes.Support go-live activities including hypercare and stabilization support.Work Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in greenfield plant setup or digital factory initiatives.Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe).Experience in cross-cultural/global team collaboration.Contract Conditions:
Full-time contract position (40 hours/week)Onsite presence required during critical rollout phases
