The R&D Project Manager plan the project, develop a schedule, assemble a project team and handle their workload throughout the project’s life cycle. Project managers are also responsible for leading risk and the budget. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution. + Create detailed schedule, project parameters and budget expectations. + Meet with customers or clients to clarify specific requirements + Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external collaborators. + Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs. + Conduct periodic scope, schedule and cost reviews to identify needed adjustments. + Measure project performance and progress. **Who You Are:** You are a sales professional with extensive experience, particularly in consultative selling and engaging with customers across all organizational levels. You are adept at selling full-scope project solutions, and a requirement is knowledge on automation solutions and industrial software. You have deep knowledge of the industrial market landscape in Denmark and have a strong interest in business development, including cold canvassing and pipeline building. You are motivated by bringing to bear high-level industrial software as a business enabler, dedicated, open-minded, and recognize the importance of collaboration and bringing in the right authorities when needed.
