This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence. **Location** : Onsite in San Bernadino County, CA **Pay** : 70-100k/year **Type** : Direct Hire **Hours** : M-F 8-5 **Primary Responsibilities** + Oversee complete project lifecycle from customer purchase orders through successful implementation and delivery. + Establish comprehensive project frameworks including scope definition, timeline development, and resource allocation strategies. + Generate detailed project specifications by analyzing business requirements, internal capabilities, and market research insights. + Deliver consistent progress updates to cross-functional teams and executive leadership through structured reporting mechanisms. + Create and maintain robust project tracking systems and documentation protocols. + Construct bill of materials (BOM) structures to support new product introductions and launches. + Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate formula specifications into project workflows. + Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to evaluate production line capabilities and conduct maintenance assessments. + Schedule and coordinate plant trials with Quality and Production Engineering departments. **Required Qualifications** + **Consistent attendance and reliability are essential for success in this position.** + High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree from accredited institution. + Minimum 3 years of demonstrated project management experience in manufacturing or related industry. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Project, Visio) and web-based analytical platforms. + Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English. + Strong analytical thinking, problem-resolution, and decision-making capabilities. + Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional team dynamics. + Outstanding organizational abilities with attention to detail and process optimization. _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
