Join us and let’s get started. **Job Description** **Position Overview** We are hiring for the position of **Project Manager- Passenger Terminal** for India Aviation Projects comprising of Passenger terminals, airside facilities like Runway, taxiway, apron, ATC tower, fuel hydrant system, AGL, CNS installations, firestations, Airport support facility building's, land side works including MLCP, multimodel connectivity etc. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage passenger terminal projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution. * Manage stakeholder relationships, including airport authorities, regulatory bodies, and other key partners, to address concerns and ensure compliance with standards. * Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. * Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. * Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to clients and senior management. * Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in airport passenger terminals. * Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget. * Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software. * Strong knowledge of airport operations, terminal design standards, and regulatory requirements. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. **Additional Information** **Preferred Attributes** * Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2. * Experience working on international airport projects or with global clients. * Familiarity with sustainable design and construction practices. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
