Job Overview We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our Project Management Department. Are you experienced, tech-savvy, and looking for a new challenge? Responsibilities and Duties This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary: + Collaborate with multifunctional business units and IT teams to understand and document project objectives, scope, requirements, milestones, deliverables, schedules, and cost estimates. + Coordinate vendor evaluations and demonstrations; support vendor negotiations, track vendor deliverables, and process invoices when applicable. + Monitor and control each project by tracking, reviewing, and communicating progress to project stakeholders, including risk and issue management, decision tracking, and action item tracking. + Prepare for and lead project team meetings, including creating and distributing meeting agendas and notes. + Participate in continual process improvement within the Project Management Office (PMO). + Stay informed of current trends and make recommendations for self-development. + Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications + Minimum of three years of Project Management experience or five years of Project Coordination experience. + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or seven years of Project Management experience. + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. + Demonstrated experience working in both Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall environments with an understanding of concepts, methodologies, and practices. + Ability to sense, respond to, and appropriately escalate risks or changes impacting a project. + Proven experience in developing and managing project schedules. + Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proven experience in people management, risk management, and change management. + Ability to be proactive and independent, as well as collaborative with the team when necessary. + Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office. + Proven aptitude with project management software, including MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools.
