Your role:
As Global Project Manager for Omnichannel Automation, you will drive seamless global engagement with healthcare professionals by leading marketing and medical initiatives across our Omnichannel Ecosystem. Working closely with IT teams and your Business counterparts, you'll define solutions, manage product backlogs, and prioritize requests as the Product Owner Proxy for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your focus will be - but not limited to - on delivering innovative, AI-powered omnichannel experiences that maximize business impact across regions and franchises.
Key responsibilities include starting the IT roadmap for omnichannel marketing automation and AI-driven orchestration using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Data & AI tools. You’ll manage IT projects end-to-end, oversee budgets and timelines, and align cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Acting as Product Owner Proxy, you'll lead Sprint planning, actively participate in daily meetings, create and manage tickets in Jira, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful sprint execution. Collaboration with business and tech teams is key to aligning solutions with roadmap/project goals. You’ll also identify new opportunities and technologies, including AI and Salesforce innovations, to drive continuous improvement and impactful customer engagement.  

Who you are:

Min. 7 years of professional experience in pharma with proven track record of implementing Omnichannel Solutions.Profound Project Management skills incl. agile techniques and experience in leading internal and external project teams in an international environment.Expert knowledge in Marketing Automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and integrations in Omnichannel ecosystem processes including Content Management, Customer Relationship Management and Reporting & Analytics.Preferably familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) to ensure that marketing initiatives adhere to legal requirements are beneficial.Excellent social and analytical skills.Proactive, collaborative mindset, result oriented and customer oriented.Flexibility to work across the different timezones (e.g. US, Europe & LATAM, APAC).
