Our client, a **leading consumer products and entertainment company** , is seeking a **Contract Administrator** to join their team. As a **Contract Administrator** , you will be part of the **Legal & Business Operations Department** supporting the **Consumer Products Team** . The ideal candidate will have **strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional communication** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**What’s the Job?**
+ Draft, review, and administer licensing, promotional, and consumer product contracts.
+ Coordinate the contract lifecycle from initial request to execution, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
+ Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product Development to align contracts with business goals.
+ Track contract terms, deliverables, and renewal dates; proactively follow up with internal and external parties.
+ Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and support improvements to templates and standard language.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 3-4+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or similar roles.
+ Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract structure, especially within consumer goods or licensing.
+ Proficiency with contract management software and e-signature platforms (e.g., AdobeSign).
+ Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience working in consumer products, licensing, or entertainment legal support preferred.
