The ESI Migration Factory is hiring a Project Manager to join the team in our Alpharetta, GA, office.

Position Description:
The Project Manager within the ESI Migration Factory will lead project teams in delivering high-quality migration projects while acting as the first escalation contact for any issues that arise. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the supporting team operates efficiently and effectively, addressing challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.
The Project Manager will facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring that any roadblocks are identified and resolved swiftly. By fostering a collaborative environment, this position will empower the team to achieve its goals while adhering to Agile principles.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, enabling them to guide the team through complex project landscapes and support their professional development.
Responsibilities:
The ADP ESI Migration Factory Project Manager fulfils several essential obligations in performing the role as described, but not limited to:
o Manage project scope and assess impacts to requested changes
o Serves as project escalation point for issues impacting project success
o Leads inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasks
o Ensure risk management via mitigation strategies
o Ensure proper tracking of Change requests with appropriate signoffs Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project Manages project dependencies with other Project Managers Coordinates communication across multidisciplinary project / business teams Manages project stakeholders and expectations at all levels Adapts project management processes and methodologies to ensure project success Reports monthly project status and works closely with key stakeholders and top management to resolve project impediments Works closely with Manager to continuously improve the methodology and fosters constructive working relationships with other PMs Ensures compliance with existing methodologies and standards Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Experience/Skills/Education) Required:
5+ years of project management experience Proven knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Good communication and relationship management skills Excellent communication skills in at least English. Additional languages are a plus Self-starter: ability to work independently and proactively. Must be able to work well under pressure. Able to adapt style to different working environments, situations, and cultures. Ability to influence and lead a project team to deliver results Must possess a can-do, winning attitude, the highest level of integrity, and the ability to inspire confidence with an open, trustworthy, and engaging style. Ability to interact with all levels of management and demonstrate leadership Sets clear direction, energizes and aligns teams. Ability to manage conflict. Exposure to an international working environment Experience designing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including senior management, operational, technical and non-technical personnel. Change management and benefits realization in project management Knowledge of Payroll and/or Workforce Management (Time) Solution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good relationship management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Growth mindset University degree or equivalent in education and experience SAP knowledge Project Management certification a plus
