We are hiring a Project Manager with proven experience in metro, tunnel, or subway infrastructure projects. This role involves full-cycle project coordination—from planning and design review to execution and handover—across large-scale underground transport and civil works. We need a proven PM who overcame since minimum 2-3 years the role of a site manager!  The projects of our Clients are sizeable and calls for the exact set of skills and competencies.
Key Responsibilities

 

 

    Lead day-to-day project execution for metro/tunnel infrastructure     Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and design teams     Manage contracts (FIDIC), budgets, schedules, and resources     Supervise works related to civil structures, reinforcement, and installations     Ensure regulatory, quality, and safety compliance     Prepare progress reports and participate in site meetings

 

Requirements

 

 

    5+ years in project management for infrastructure works     Direct experience with metro, tunnel, or subway projects (mandatory)     Major advatange if experienced with the installation part within      Degree in Civil Engineering or related field     Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts     Fluent in English and Romanian     Proficient in MS Project or similar tools
      ANRE authorization and/ or exposure to Romanian metro /tunnels structure projects     Experience with EPC contracts     Strong leadership and communication skills     Romanian language a must have, English major advantage. 

Fixed Salary can be between 4k eur net to 5k eur net / month TBD indefinite Employment contract and set of benefits, bonus on milestones, etc.
