Job Description
The Advanced Operations (AO) Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of New Project Introductions. This individual leads cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesLead the development of project charters and comprehensive project plans for NPIs.Direct and manage multi-disciplinary teams, evaluating trade-offs to optimize project success.Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to refine project scope and ensure alignment with expectations.Analyze critical paths and major work streams to maintain project timelines.Develop and oversee risk management plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks.Partner with the project team to define and implement ROI strategies.Estimate, acquire, and assign resources, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.Provide performance feedback to functional managers for project team members.Manage external vendors to ensure deliverables are clearly defined and deadlines are met.Coordinate logistics for onsite programs, including materials, travel, catering, and facilitator scheduling.Support program execution and provide administrative assistance for AO-led training sessions, including calendar management, registration, communications, and attendance tracking.Work Environment
This role requires working onsite from Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $115.00/hr.
