We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for a client implementation on a transformation project. **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead the entire Maximo implementation process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, quality delivery. * Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, and timelines, and manage changes to these elements. * Oversee the Maximo configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems according to the client's needs. * Manage project teams, including coordinating with internal departments, external vendors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. * Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management regarding project progress, risks, and issues. * Ensure successful user training and change management, facilitating user acceptance testing and go-live support. * Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into functional Maximo configurations. * Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalation plans as needed. * Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Stay abreast of industry trends and new features of Maximo software to suggest improvements and enhancements. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. * Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as a Project Manager, preferably in Maximo implementations. * Extensive knowledge of Maximo Asset Management or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. * Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus). * Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is highly desirable. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. * Ability to travel as required. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Maximo implementation experience.
