Lead the Organization and carry out tender activity as a Tender Project Manager. Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the construction cycle. Planning and manage project from commencement to completion. Overall responsibility for site administration, procurement, quality assurance and safety control. Ensure that the project is completed within the contract period and budget. Attend and/or chair regular project related meetings/site inspections (e.g. Project Review, Safety Walk, Site assessment, etc.) with project team members / clients / consultants / sub-contractors. Comply with client / consultant and applicable legal and other requirements. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Identify opportunities to improve quality, schedule, value engineering and cost reduction efforts.
Basic Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures. 3+ years’ leadership experience in the field of multinational company project construction or Leadership experience in Tendering Work. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices. Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship and with various stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead a diverse team to achieve a common goal. Show good judgment and instincts in decision-making. Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment. Able to conduct overseas business trip and must be willing to relocate for project requirement include overseas.
